This waterfront home by Spire Architects redefines what’s possible on the bay. Navigating complex waterfront setbacks, the design team transformed a traditional brick residence with a modern entry sequence, a striking rear façade, and a completely reimagined interior crafted to embrace natural light and contemporary living.
